First off, the pose is really generic, and I bet you there are thousands of other drawings that have a similar pose.
Second, why does it even matter? It's not like he shamelessly copied the drawing line by line — by the looks of it, he has most likely never seen it.
If we had to make a pose that was completely different from every other drawing in existense with every drawing we ever made, drawings would have begun looking very weird a very long time ago.
Seriously, what is your point?
